If you’re looking for a cosy room to snuggle up in while in the Henley on Thames area, look no further! Our four bedrooms are perfect for adventuring along the River Thames or into Henley itself. All have been carefully furnished to ensure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing, with as many home comforts as possible. As we are based directly on the Thames Path and just a stone’s throw from the River Thames, our rooms make a great base for walkers and tourists alike.
Our recently updated rooms are welcoming and set up with all the facilities you need for a relaxing overnight stay. Each room features a comfortable double bed with en-suite shower room and an ornamental fireplace.
With locally supplied natural shower products and clean fluffy towels, you can look forward to snuggling in after a long days walk on the Thames Path or exploring the Oxfordshire countryside.
Lashbrook:
Lashbrook has a double bed with en-suite shower room.
Loddon:
Loddon has a double bed with en-suite shower room.
Hennerton:
Hennerton has a double bed, separate single bed and an en-suite shower room.
Thames:
Thames has a double bed with en-suite shower room.
Just a four minute train ride from Shiplake to Henley-on-Thames, we are perfectly placed to stay for the Henley Regatta, Henley Festival or for adventures in the Oxfordshire countryside. Reading is just twenty minutes away to the South, Oxford forty minutes away to the North and London is just over an hour away.
Location:
Our bedrooms are equipped with everything you will need for your stay with us: tea and coffee making facilities, en-suite bathroom with shower, fresh linen and warm towels. Hairdryers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash and cream.
Facilities:
Check in is from 3pm in the afternoon, although we are able to store luggage if you arrive earlier in the day and would like to explore. A full english or continental breakfast is served between 7am and 10am. We kindly request that you leave the room by 11am on the morning of checkout.
Check in / Check out:
We are a very child friendly pub and welcome families of all sizes. We would recommend that if you are travelling with children, you choose Hennerton (as there is an extra bed!), but should these be unavailable, we are able to provide a travel cot for children under 3 in our other rooms or a Z bed for older children up to 10 years old. We have highchairs available in the pub restaurant.
Children:
We are very dog friendly and welcome our four-legged friends in the pub. We do have allocated rooms for pets to stay with us overnight, so please just get in touch for availability. We have a dog shower and can recommend local dog walks along the river.
