All our dishes are cooked to order using only fresh produce and ingredients delivered daily, mainly from local suppliers. Our steak and beef are home dry-aged using special polymer vacuum bags imported from the USA.

All our fish comes from Billingsgate Market, London and is from sustainable sources.

We only serve fair trade coffee.

We are happy to serve you tap water but ask that you make a 50p donation per jug to our charity WaterAid which provides clean water to those who do not have it.
