Our menus change frequently to reflect seasonality and availability. Our produce is sourced from long standing, tried and trusted suppliers and is delivered fresh, daily and is locally and organically sourced where practical.
Our ethical approach means that we buy from sustainable sources and you will not find products like foie gras on our menus.
